Bursa Mall LED Christmas Decoration Project 2024

The mall management wanted to surpass the previous year's decoration and create an unprecedented Christmas experience in Bursa. Striking the right balance between budget constraints and the demand for innovation was the key challenge.

A programmable LED show system, previously trialled in only a few Turkish malls, was brought to Bursa. A 40-metre light tunnel running through the entrance hall performed colour shows accompanied by music at set times each evening using custom software. For cost optimisation, some standard decoration items were sourced from local suppliers.

The light tunnel became one of Bursa's most popular social media photo spots. The mall increased visitor numbers by 33% compared to the same period the previous year. The decoration concept received extensive local media coverage and created momentum that kicked off the Christmas spirit earlier across Bursa.
